leyton orient accounts 2011

It’s not often that the financial state of the club is held up to be more successful than it’s on field standing (not that it would be that difficult). None the less, the accounts for the season 2010/11 revealed a profit on the years activities of almost £400, 000 which ,apparently, is the first time in three decades that the club had turned in an operating surplus regarding it’s activities.

I thought it would be interesting (ok, something to pad this blog out with) to publish the figures for any budding accountants or people with nothing better to do with their time to mull over.

Here goes, break out the champagne and hookers!
